USA TRAIN & CREATE courses in partnership with California State University.
Our International Summer school proved so popular that we will be running TWO five-day Frantic Assembly courses in January 2023 in Los Angeles!

Where: California State University, Long Beach, Los Angeles, USA
This an opportunity for professional artists based to come together in Los Angeles to Train or Create for five days. This culminates in a sharing open to an invited audience.
Train with us
This five-day intensive with Frantic Assembly will give participants the opportunity to learn the Frantic Method and apply it in their own work. Through practical workshops you will explore Advanced exercises and devising techniques unique to Frantic Assembly. There will be an informal sharing at the end of the week.
This pathway would be suitable for Theatre Directors, Movement Directors, and Practitioners.
Create with us
This five-day residency offers the opportunity to delve into the Frantic Method and explore how we devise new work. You will be working towards a show which will be performed on the Friday to an invited audience.
This pathway would be suitable for actors and Theatre makers looking to develop their practice
These courses are open to applicants aged 18+ only. These intensive courses are ideal for those that haven't been able to train with us because they are based outside of the UK.
The training is for participants who have professional experience of working in theatre or dance. You must be available for all 5 days.
